You may return most new, unopened items with original packaging and tags still attached to the items within 15 days of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us, the original cost of shipping (even if you had free shipping), along with a 20% restocking free. Additionally, if you received a free gift with purchase, it must be returned. If you fail to return it, the cost will be reduced from your refund.
Once you receive shipping notification, your order may not be cancelled. You will be able to return it, but it will be subject to the terms listed above.
If the return is a result on an error on our end, we will pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
Special releases, exclusives, special order and sale items are non refundable. NO EXCEPTION. These include, but are not limited to:
- Ju Ju Be Tokidoki and Hello Kitty limited releases
- Lenny Lamb Exclusives
- Girasol Exclusives
- Special request orders
Health products including cloth diapers are non refundable do to health & sanitation issues.
Requesting a Return:
If you would like to return an item please email us at email@example.com to start your return process. We will issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and you can ship the item back to us. No returns will be accepted unless you contact us first.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
Once we receive the merchandise you wish to return, we will determine the condition and issue a refund in the same method of payment, minus any fees (noted above).
